This creative therapeutic Self-Care workshop has been specifically designed by and Accredited Play and Creative Arts Therapist to ensure participants can relax, have fun and in a playful way and restore your body and mind to its natural state using activities which may include:
Arts and Crafts, Clay, Therapeutic Stories, Meditation, Sand Play, Drama, Movement, Music etc
